Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Orders will be packed and shipped on a first come first serve basis using USPS or UPS within 3 to 5 business days. Large or heavy orders will be sent via freight.

Due to the ever-rising cost of shipping, back-orders may be held until we are able to fulfill the order.

Merchandise purchased becomes your property once it leaves our facility by carrier. It is the carrier's responsibility to then safely deliver your purchase. Please inspect your package upon delivery, if you received damaged merchandise, reach out to us immediately so we can file a claim on your behalf. 
 


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. In the unlikely event there is damage or you were sent incorrect merchandise, email us at brhcorders@gmail.com and we will make every effort to help you obtain a replacement as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.  
 


RETURNS
While we hope you enjoy your purchase, we understand shopping online can be difficult. We offer a 30 day return policy . After 30 days, your purchase is unfortunately a final sale and we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition the same way you received it. We will process a 20% restocking fee depending on the condition of your return. Please email brhcorders@gmail.com so we may start the return process.

Once authorized, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (unless you received a damaged order or incorrect merchandise...see above). We strongly suggest adding insurance, otherwise you are responsible for the cost of lost or damaged goods being returned. A refund will be issued the same way it was processed. This may take up to 7 to 10 business days once your return reaches our facilities.
